Comments: The service rep and his assistant were very professional and helpful. They found the problem with my first air conditioner and made the repair. On the second conditioner they did through diagnosis and gave me a report that the condenser was not rpairable. After thhree other repair companies just shot freon into the lines and charged me $250 to $300 each time I finally found someone who knew what he was doing. Charge for services was ver fair.

Comments: He was not able to fix the problem. According to my tenants he tried to clear the clog on the main sewer line for 2 hours. I had to hire an excavating company to dig up the pipes. Nonetheless, Ray did not charge me for anything since he felt he was not able to fix the problem. He was extremely responsive and diligent with his work. I would recommend him and use him again.

Comments: I would definitely use Emergency Response Pluming and Heating again if needed, the work was done fast and thorough. He was also good with explaining the work he was doing and so I could understand what the problem was and how he was fixing it.
